Mechanical Thrombectomy for Acute Stroke: Indications & Technique, presented by Dr. Michael Ayad, will cover:
- Indications/exclusions for mechanical thrombectomy & rationale
- Technique of stent retrieval vs. aspiration
- Challenges, e.g. PAD/arterial access, tandem lesions, intracranial athero
- Secondary neurointerventions
