NAEMSP Quality Improvement Workshop October 15th

Join us on Wednesday October 15th for the NAEMSP Quality Improvement for EMS Leaders Workshop. This NAEMSP course provides an immersive introduction to improvement science and its application in the prehospital environment. Designed for EMS medical directors, quality leaders, educators and clinicians, this interactive workshop blends evidence-based instruction with real-world EMS case examples.

Foundations of Improvement Science

Identifying opportunities for change

Measuring what matters

Developing and testing theories of change

Implementing change in EMS systems, including the psychology of change and culture

Through a combination of faculty-led presentations, small-group exercises and facilitated discussions, attendees leave with both the knowledge and the practical tools needed to launch and sustain impactful quality improvement projects within their agencies or regions.
