Prehospital Pediatric Readiness Project (PPRP): Assessment & Toolkits

For the past decade, the National Pediatric Readiness Project has supported emergency departments in improving their preparedness to care for sick and injured children. The program’s core tenets include

  • an assessment,
  • a private gap report, and
  • a free tool kit that offers support to improve in areas of deficit.

Starting in May 2024, the National Prehospital Pediatric Readiness Project (PPRP) will launch its first assessment. Similar to the NPRP, the assessment will lead a gap report and opportunities to access the free toolkit.
