Westchester Medical Center and Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital is hosting the Roadside to Bedside Trauma Symposium on July 13, 2023

Each year this symposium has provided workshops on resuscitation and techniques in pre-hospital care, in addition to showcasing the stories of trauma survivors.

This year, we have the added significant pleasure of honoring the founder of our trauma program (John A Savino MD) with a lifetime achievement award, and to welcome the eminent Tom Scalea MD (an alumnus of our program) the Physician-in-Chief of the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center to be our visiting professor and speaker.

This event provides continuing medical education (CME) and continuing nursing education (CNE) credits, and will be a wonderful event.
